* Registration fees are in US dollars and exclude a 3%–3.5% banking processing fee.
* All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 21, 2027. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund. Requests made after an official visa/invitation letter has been issued will not be eligible for a refund.
